small and medium size layouts including assisting
with construction of the former Prince William

Newletter Editor, and Show Coordinator. He is also

Certificate (MMR). He is NMRA MMR #718.
Mr. Rodriguez enjoys the hobby of
model railroading. While he enjoys constructing
models and building scenery, his focus is on
operations. He has developed an operations
oriented layout on the Nickel City Line and hosts
a number of operating sessions each year. He also
operates with a round-robin group of model
railroaders that include such published model
railroaders as Paul Dolkos, John King, Steve King,
Mat Thompson, and Steve Williams.
He serves as an NMRA judge for the
Potomac Division for the Mid-Eastern Division and
has guided a number of model railroaders in
obtaining one or more NMRA Achievement
Certificates.
